Shipping policy
Every Business Blanket is knitted to order. This page explains how long that takes and how your order gets to you.
About three weeks, start to finish
Knitting takes about two weeks. Each blanket is made for one company after you order it; nothing comes off a shelf. Once it is knitted, checked and boxed, it ships, and delivery takes about a week. Allow three weeks in total from the day you order.
Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern count from the next business day. [To confirm]
If you send us the names of your other companies after checkout, the three weeks for those blankets begin the day we receive them.
Free delivery across the United States
Delivery is included in the price for every order, to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. [To confirm] Every parcel is tracked. We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you need blankets sent elsewhere, email hello@businessblankets.com before you order.
Sent to you or straight to your clients
Everything can come to you in one delivery, or you can give us a name, an address and a message for each blanket and we send them direct, each in its own box. Boxes going direct to a client carry no invoice and no price.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link, and you can follow it from your order page at any time. The carrier is named on that page once the parcel is on its way. [To confirm: carrier]
Duties and taxes
There are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. [To confirm]
Holiday orders
For blankets to arrive before the holidays, order by the cut-off date shown on our site. [To confirm] Orders placed after it are still welcome, but we cannot promise delivery before the holidays.
If a parcel is late or missing
If your order has not arrived a few days after the tracking says it should, email hello@businessblankets.com with your order number and we will trace it. If it cannot be found, we remake it or refund you in full.
